Please be kind enough to cancel your appointment 10 hours in advance. We understand that unexpected things happen, but also understand that we are not able to schedule anyone else in your time slot, if you cancel late or no-show. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the schedule service price. All no-shows will be charged at full price value. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so you can relax a few minutes before we take you back in to the room for your massage session. We cannot ensure your full service time if you arrive late or arrive when your appointment is supposed to be beginning.
